2 Place accessories onto garments press with an iron or heat presser at A temperature of 120 180C for 20 30 seconds For best results Press the reverse side of the garment Do not use steam iron
3 We recommend that you place a piece of white paper between front and Back of the garment to prevent it from sticking together
4 Allow the garment to cool for 10 minutes then slowly remove the plastic Film from the garment
